Order FAQs
When can I collect my order after purchase?
If your order requires any cutting, our lead times are usually 2-3 hours. If your order doesn't involve cutting, you can collect anytime within our collection hours. Once your order has been confirmed, we will contact you on the number provided to confirm your collection time.
Can I return material?
Any material cut to size cannot be returned.
Any material delivered in full stock lengths, may be eligible for returning, but may also incur additional re-stocking/collection charges.

Do you have have a minimum order?
We have a minimum order charge of £20.00 + VAT (exc. delivery).
Do you offer discounts on large orders?
Yes, please contact us if you have a large order to place. We'll strive to get the best price for you.
Do you sell to the general public?
Yes absolutely, we deal with everyone.

Delivery FAQs
Do you have any lifting equipment on the delivery vehicle?
None of our delivery vehicles have any cranes/lifting equipment. It is the customers responsibility to ensure sufficient equipment is present at the delivery site.
What size vehicle will deliver my material?
We operate a number of vehicles that vary between a 3.5tonne Transit, to 18tonne HGVs. If access is of concern for any of our larger vehicles, please let us know when ordering so we can schedule the delivery on a suitable vehicle.
Can my delivery be made during a specific time slot?
Unfortunately we cannot deliver to specific time slots. Traffic, hold-ups at other deliveries, accidents and many other unforeseen circumstances can all cause delays in the driver getting round their route.
Can I get delivery updates on the day?
Updates are not as standard, however we only deliver on our own vehicles, and they're all tracked. So if you require an update on when your delivery will arrive, please contact our customer service team & they'll happily advise.
Is my postcode included in your delivery area?
A full list of postcodes we routinely deliver to can be found here.
If your postcode doesn't show, you're still welcome to collect your material or organise a courier to collect at your expense.
Do I need to be there, on the day of delivery?
We cannot leave material at an address without someone being there to accept & sign our delivery paperwork.
If nobody is in when we attempt to deliver, we will contact you to re-arrange. Please bare in mind that having to reschedule the delivery may incur additional charges.
